A leading manufacturing firm is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional manufacturing programs in Santa Catarina, Mexico. This role requires managing multiple projects, interfacing with customers, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality custom mechanical parts. The ideal candidate should have a background in CNC machining and injection molding, alongside strong project management skills. Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in CNC machining or injection molding.
• 2–3 years of experience in a project management role.
• Experience in NPI/NPD and APQP within production environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with customer requirements.
• Drive coordination between internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
