Capgemini Engineering seeks a Sr-ADAS Fleet Logistics Lead to drive cross-location operations for the global ADAS test vehicle fleet. This remote role coordinates Flying Engineers, subcontractors, repair activities, and data-collection readiness to maximize vehicle availability.

You will monitor repair lead times, coordinate deployments, and ensure compliance with fleet governance. The position emphasizes incident management, root-cause analysis, and communication with program leadership.

• Provide KPI updates and escalation notes to program leadership.
• Identify recurring failures and drive preventive actions with partners.

Sr-ADAS Fleet Logistics lead-Sr | Remote

Lead the cross-location operation of the global ADAS test vehicle fleet and maximize vehicle availability. Coordinate Flying Engineers, subcontractors, repair activities, troubleshooting, logistics, and escalations so that vehicles return to data-collection operations as quickly and safely as possible.

YOUR ROLE

• Coordinate Flying Engineers based on incidents, repair priorities, and site needs.
• Drive clarification and execution with subcontractors, workshops, suppliers, and local fleet teams.
• Accelerate troubleshooting, repair, validation, and return-to-road activities.
• Establish clear ownership and escalation paths for vehicle incidents and recurring defects.
• Monitor repair lead times, blocked vehicles, spare-part dependencies, and operational risks.
• Coordinate deployment plans, vehicle movements, maintenance windows, and service activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable fleet governance, safety, and operational requirements.
• Provide consolidated fleet KPIs, issue logs, decisions, and escalation needs directly to program leadership.
• Identify recurring failure patterns and initiate preventive measures with engineering and supplier teams.
