Capgemini Engineering México busca un líder de logística de flota ADAS para dirigir operaciones transnacionales y maximizar la disponibilidad de la flota de vehículos de pruebas. Se coordina con ingenieros, talleres, proveedores y equipos locales para acelerar reparaciones y retorno a operaciones de recopilación de datos.

El perfil requiere experiencia en operaciones de flotas automotrices, diagnósticos de vehículos y gestión de proveedores.

Formación

• Experiencia en operaciones de flotas automotrices y datos de ADAS.
• Conocimientos de diagnóstico de vehículos y resolución de fallos.
• Gestión de logística y despliegue de vehículos.

Responsabilidades

• Dirigir la vista operativa consolidada de la disponibilidad y estado de la flota.
• Coordinar Ingenieros volantes y proveedores para priorizar reparaciones.
• Acelerar diagnósticos, reparación y retorno a operaciones de recogida de datos.
• Definir ruta de propiedad y escalamiento ante incidentes de vehículos.
• Monitorear tiempos de reparación, vehículos bloqueados y dependencias de repuestos.

# ADAS Fleet Logistics LeadAguascalientesApply for this job* Permanente* Profesionales con experiencia* Software Engineering* ID 564451-es\\_ES## **Sr-ADAS Fleet Logistics lead-Sr | Remote**Lead the cross-location operation of the global ADAS test vehicle fleet and maximize vehicle availability. Coordinate Flying Engineers, subcontractors, repair activities, troubleshooting, logistics, and escalations so that vehicles return to data-collection operations as quickly and safely as possible.## **YOUR ROLE**Own the consolidated operational view of fleet readiness, utilization, downtime, and vehicle status across locations.· Coordinate Flying Engineers based on incidents, repair priorities, and site needs.· Drive clarification and execution with subcontractors, workshops, suppliers, and local fleet teams.· Accelerate troubleshooting, repair, validation, and return-to-road activities.· Establish clear ownership and escalation paths for vehicle incidents and recurring defects.· Monitor repair lead times, blocked vehicles, spare-part dependencies, and operational risks.· Coordinate deployment plans, vehicle movements, maintenance windows, and service activities.· Ensure compliance with applicable fleet governance, safety, and operational requirements.· Provide consolidated fleet KPIs, issue logs, decisions, and escalation needs directly to program leadership.· Identify recurring failure patterns and initiate preventive measures with engineering and supplier teams.## **YOUR PROFILE**Automotive fleet operations· ADAS test vehicles and data-collection fleets· Vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting· Fleet management systems· Maintenance and repair coordination· Logistics and deployment planning· Supplier and subcontractor management· Compliance and vehicle governance· Incident management and root-cause analysis## **WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?*** At Capgemini Engineering, we encourage flexibility in how, when, and where people get their work done, allowing a better work-life balance, and greater empowerment.
