Capgemini Engineering is recruiting a Software Test Engineer for our Automotive R&D organization in Mexico. You will validate embedded software on ECUs, perform diagnostic testing, debugging and verification activities, and ensure product quality in collaboration with OEMs and Tier-1 customers.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with UDS, CANoe, embedded C, and a service-oriented mindset to work across fast-paced development environments and diverse teams.

Formación

• Experience validating embedded software on ECUs.
• Strong diagnostic, debugging and verification skills.
• Experience collaborating with OEMs and Tier-1 customers.
• Automotive ECU testing and diagnostics background.

Your Role

We are looking for adaptable and customer-focused Software Test Engineers to join our Automotive R&D organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with OEMs and Tier-1 customers to validate embedded software running on Electronic Control Units (ECUs), ensuring product quality through diagnostic testing, debugging, analysis, and verification activities.

This role requires strong technical curiosity, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate directly with customer engineering teams in fast-paced development environments.
