Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking an experienced reporting and analytics specialist to own the ADAS data program. You will design dashboards, automate reports, and track KPIs for global stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in BI, strong Power BI and SQL skills, data quality metrics, and excellent English communication. Join a diverse team and advance your analytics capabilities.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, BI, or Performance Management.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of statistics and ML data-quality metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve reporting, analytics, and KPI management across a global ADAS data acquisition program.
• Define, monitor, and optimize operational, data quality, delivery, and financial KPIs.
• Develop dashboards, automated reports, and performance tracking solutions for project and customer stakeholders.
• Analyze operational data, driver feedback, and issue logs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable insights, executive reporting, and data-driven recommendations.

Your Role

• Own and continuously improve reporting, analytics, and KPI management across a global ADAS data acquisition program.
• Define, monitor, and optimize operational, data quality, delivery, and financial KPIs.
• Develop dashboards, automated reports, and performance tracking solutions for project and customer stakeholders.
• Analyze operational data, driver feedback, and issue logs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable insights, executive reporting, and data-driven recommendations.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Performance Management.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive and ADAS environments.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience with ElasticSearch, Kibana, Logstash, AWS OpenSearch, and DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of statistics, ML data-quality metrics, data engineering fundamentals, and CSV/JSON processing.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.
