Henkel Mexico is seeking an Applications Engineer to support customers across the region, delivering technical expertise and innovative solutions to drive growth. You will collaborate with Sales, perform test plans, analysis, and reporting, and provide on-site and virtual support for adhesives and industrial applications.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree and at least two years in application engineering or related fields, with a customer-facing mindset and strong documentation

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science) or related.
• 2+ years in Application Engineering, Technical Service, Product Development, or related roles.
• Experience with adhesives, industrial applications, or manufacturing processes preferred.
• Customer-facing technical support experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive application engineering opportunities and grow the pipeline within the territory.
• Provide technical support to retain and expand existing business.
• Coordinate test plans, analyze results, and prepare technical reports.
• Maintain project docs, test reports, and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Deliver technical training and knowledge sharing to customers and distributors.
• Support product launches with technical docs and application guides.
• Utilize digital tools to enhance engineering decisions.
