Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Finance professional to provide Vendor Master support, maintain vendor data, and ensure SOX compliance across sites. You will contribute to fraud prevention and drive automation and process improvements while preparing financial statements and taxes in line with general accounting principles.

Qualifications

• Strong PC and Windows OS proficiency required.
• Experience with financial data entry and reporting.
• Ability to analyze data for statements and taxes.
• Familiarity with SOX and internal controls.
• Ability to train others.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to adapt to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Compute and prepare data for journal entries and ledgers.
• Analyze information for financial statements, ledgers, reports and taxes.
• Assist in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare timely reports and communicate with functional areas.
• Train other employees within and outside the department.
• Adhere to safety and health rules and company security policy.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Support Vendor Master, Customer, Pricing and Material Master operations.
