Jabil is seeking a Finance Analyst to support Vendor Master, Customer, Pricing, and Material Master operations. You will help ensure SOX compliance, contribute to fraud prevention, and drive automation and efficiency across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, ledgers, and taxes, reviewing general ledger entries, and training colleagues. The role emphasizes data accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Ability to present information clearly to managers, clients, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Proficient PC skills and familiarity with Windows OS.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with Jabil software packages.
• Ability to read and understand simple correspondence and instructions.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and data interpretation.

Responsabilidades

• Compute and prepare data for journal entries and review general ledger and financial statements.
• Analyze information for the preparation of financial statements, ledgers, reports and taxes.
• Assist in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare timely reports and communicate with functional areas.
• Train other employees within the department.
• Adhere to safety rules and company security policies.
• Comply with all procedures within the company security policy.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
