Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and financial statements for monthly and year-end closing.
• Compile and analyze financial information for general ledger accounts.
• Detail assets, liabilities, and capital for balance sheet and P&L reports.
• Prepare inter-company billing, transfers and charges monthly.
• Audit contracts, orders and vouchers and substantiate transactions.
• Reconcile inter-company accounts receivable and payable balances.
• Develop and recommend control systems for accurate reporting.
• Respond to questions from managers and interpret reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
