Job summary

Jabil is seeking a detail-oriented Project Management Analyst in Mexico to support cross-functional teams across the Business Unit. You will aggregate data, create performance metrics, and coordinate with global and regional groups to ensure timely project execution.

You will manage timelines, track deliverables, and communicate project status with stakeholders, while driving process improvements and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving, negotiation, and people skills are essential.
• Excellent ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data analysis is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support across functions for the assigned business unit.
• Aggregate data and prepare reports and performance metrics.
• Coordinate meetings, track schedules, and monitor KPIs across teams.
• Develop and manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
• Communicate status and updates clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
