Job summary

Panduit is seeking an AR Supervisor in Guadalajara to lead and coordinate operational accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, timely month-end close, and compliance with client requirements and policies. You will supervise the accounting team and drive process improvements across AP, AR, cash application, and credit administration.

Required a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, 3–5 years of accounting operations experience including team supervision, and advanced English in a hybrid

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan, and coordinate the activities of the operational accounting team, including Accounting, Cash Application, Ship & Debit, Credit Administration, or Accounts Payable functions.
• Ensure team performance aligns with client objectives, service level agreements, and company policies and procedures.
• Monitor daily operations and provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to drive efficiency and service excellence.
• Ensure month-end close activities are completed accurately and within established timelines in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance productivity, accuracy, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to resolve operational issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

The AR Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating operational accounting activities, ensuring compliance with client requirements, company policies, and established procedures.
