Purem by Eberspächer in Ramos Arizpe, MX, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to maintain accurate records and process invoices for travel, corporate cards, and customs. You will resolve vendor inquiries, address missing POs and pricing discrepancies, and ensure compliance with internal financial processes.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a financial role, fluent English, and 1 year of SAP experience within a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a financial or accounting role.
• Proficiency in conversational English.
• At least 1 year of experience using SAP, ideally within a manufacturing supply environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions, including processing of invoices related to travel expenses, corporate credit card transactions, and customs agent accounts.
• Resolve vendor inquiries regarding invoices, addressing issues such as missing purchase orders (POs), discrepancies in pricing, and lack of necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial processes and procedures.
