Ericsson Mexico City seeks an Accounts Payable professional to manage vendor invoices, data integrity, and timely payments. You will code and verify invoices, perform PO and receipt matching in Oracle, and coordinate with Treasury for payments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of bookkeeping or data-entry experience, with strong Excel and ERP system skills (Oracle, SAP or QuickBooks).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of general office, data entry, or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems like Oracle, QuickBooks or SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures the integrity of vendor master data and enters information into Oracle.
• Reviews, codes, and enters vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Performs 2-way and 3-way matching of invoices, POs, and receipts in Oracle.
• Liaises with stakeholders and suppliers for invoice, banking, and tax information.
• Supports monthly, quarterly and year-end closing tasks including AP accruals.
• Contributes to process improvements and internal/external audits.
