Job summary

Panduit in Mexico (Jalisco) is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to support AP processes, process and record transactions in line with GAAP and Panduit policies. You will handle clerical duties and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, 1–2 years of AP experience, and advanced English. This role offers hybrid work, growth opportunities, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receives, processes, and records various accounting transactions in accordance with GAAP or local equivalents and Panduit policies.
• Resolves transactional problems and concerns as they are identified.
• Interprets data from accounting records and maintains accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of accounting data, including review of credit limits.
• Communicates with clients and with other departments within Panduit to clarify and find solutions to outstanding accounting-related issues, procedures, and policies.
• Participates in key improvement projects within Accounting focusing on improving service levels and reducing costs.
• Improves organizational Business Acumen by educating and empowering others with Financial Best Practices and standardized Work Instructions.

The Accounts Payable Associate Supports AP functions with administrative, bookkeeping, and clerical duties. Responsible for processing and recording finance transactions using software and systems.

What will you do:
