Job summary

Panduit is seeking an AR Supervisor to lead its operational accounting team in a hybrid work environment in Mexico. You will plan and coordinate Accounting, Cash Application, Ship & Debit, Credit Administration, and Accounts Payable functions while ensuring adherence to client requirements, policies, and timelines.

Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years of accounting operations experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and advanced English.

• Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Accounting Operations or related accounting functions, including team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the operational accounting team activities (Accounting, Cash Application, Ship & Debit, Credit Administration, AP).
• Ensure performance aligns with client objectives, SLAs, and company policies.
• Monitor daily operations and coach team members to drive efficiency and service excellence.
• Ensure month-end close activities are accurate and timely per policies and standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

The AR Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating operational accounting activities, ensuring compliance with client requirements, company policies, and established procedures. This role oversees team performance, drives operational excellence, and ensures accurate and timely execution of key accounting processes, including month-end close activities.

What will you do:

• Supervise, plan, and coordinate the activities of the operational accounting team, including Accounting, Cash Application, Ship & Debit, Credit Administration, or Accounts Payable functions.

• Ensure team performance aligns with client objectives, service level agreements, and company policies and procedures.

• Monitor daily operations and provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to drive efficiency and service excellence.

• Ensure month-end close activities are completed accurately and within established timelines in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance productivity, accuracy, and internal controls.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to resolve operational issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
