DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support core Accounts Payable operations within the North America Shared Services team. You will manage a high volume of vendor inquiries and research invoice discrepancies in SAP to prevent payment delays.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and compliance with internal controls and SLAs. Required is a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, with at least 1 year in AP and English

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• English proficiency minimum B2+.
• 1 year of experience in accounts payable or related area.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process and respond to AP inquiries and vendor questions.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies in SAP.
• Post invoices and correct entries in SAP as needed.
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger and vendor statements.
• Identify root causes and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely payments.
