ZF Group in Monterrey seeks an Accounts Payable Accountant to oversee AP management, payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and month-end close while ensuring compliance and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role interacts with vendors and internal Mexican units, requiring bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Preferred candidates have 2-4 years AP experience, an accounting or administration background, and strong MS Office and SAP skills.

Formación

• Vendor invoices data entry with different currencies.
• Interaction with international and domestic suppliers.
• Enter payments using bank portals.
• Analysis and resolution of invoice problems.
• AP balance reconciliations, including Intercompany transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service to third party vendors and our ZF Mexican operating units.
• Ensure all reporting deadlines are achieved and Corporate accounting policies adhered to.

Your Profile as an Accounts Payable Accountant:

• Preferred with Accounting or Administration degree
• Candidates with enough AP experience, butunfinishedcollege degree accepted
• The ideal candidate with 2-4 years Accounts Payable experience.
• Have strong computer, analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills. Candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Maintain a focus on continuous process improvement and excellent customer service in a demanding work environment. Very Good computer skills using MS Office and SAP.
• MX and US GAAP knowledge. 80-90% Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience managing process of Mexican e-invoicing procedure (CFDI’s)
• The successful candidate must have high legal and ethical standards and maintain a focus on continuous process improvement and excellent customer service in a demanding work environment.
