Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (verbal and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and accounts payable with strong internal controls.
• Coach and develop team members to drive accountability and performance.
• Oversee fixed assets, leases, cost accounting, freight and cash.
• Manage month- and year-end close processes and reporting accuracy.
• Coordinate external audits and provide timely responses.
