Uline is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee Monterrey’s accounting operations at the Monterrey Branch. You will lead a high-performing team, manage daily accounts payable and key accounting areas, and drive accurate month-end and year-end close.

The role requires a CPA (or equivalent) and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, with a focus on process improvement and strong internal controls. On-site position with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in accounting.
• CPA preferred for leadership roles and audit coordination.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.

• Oversee fixed assets, leases, cost accounting, freight and cash.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounting and Accounts Payable operations, with a focus on strong internal controls and process efficiency.


• Coach and develop team members, building a culture of accountability, growth and high performance.


• Oversee key Accounting areas such as fixed assets, leases, cost accounting, freight and cash.


• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and efficient reporting.


• Lead the company’s response to external audits, coordinating requests to deliver timely responses.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.


• CPA preferred.


• 10+ years of Accounting experience with 5+ years proven leadership skills.


• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle G/L or similar systems a plus.
