Warner Music Group is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our finance team in Mexico. You will record accounting entries in our ERP system and support monthly bank reconciliations and accounts payable processing for suppliers and artists.

You will assist in monthly and annual closings and organize documentation for audits. Requirements include 1–2 years of accounting experience, training in Public Accounting or Finance, intermediate Excel, and ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle).

A little bit about our team: You will be part of Warner Music's finance team, a dynamic team responsible for ensuring that the company's economic infrastructure is as solid as our musical hits. You will work closely with the Treasury and Tax departments to ensure the transparency and accuracy of our financial information. At WMG, you don't just handle numbers; you manage the resources that allow our artists to continue creating culture. It is a role that demands technical precision in a vibrant, creative, and constantly evolving environment.

Your role

• You will perform the timely recording of accounting entries in our ERP system.
• You will collaborate in monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the integrity of balances.
• You will support the processing and review of accounts payable to suppliers and artists.
• You will assist in the preparation of monthly and annual accounting closings.
• You will organize and safeguard supporting documentation for internal and external audits.

About you

• You have technical or university training in Public Accounting, Finance, or related areas.
• You have at least 1 or 2 years of previous experience in basic accounting functions.
• You are passionate about detail and organization, ensuring quality in every report.
• You have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis.
• You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and adapt easily to new processes.
• We’d love it if you also had: Previous experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Intermediate English level for communication with regional teams.
