Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Senior Analyst in Revenue Assurance Operations to validate pricing, promotions, and tax configurations across DTC and IAP platforms. You will test launches, migrations, and financial controls, and support audit requests with SQL-driven data validation.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Tax, and Accounting teams to ensure accuracy, launch readiness, and audit readiness throughout the revenue lifecycle.

Formación

• 4–6+ years in revenue, billing, or financial operations.

Your Role

The Senior Analyst – Revenue Assurance Operations is responsible for supporting operational validation, launch readiness, configuration review, audit support, and revenue-impacting process controls across Warner Bros. Discovery’s Direct-to-Consumer platforms.

This role operates at the intersection of Revenue Assurance, Product, Engineering, Tax, Accounting, and Payments. The Senior Analyst validates pricing, promotions, add-ons, subscriptions, payment flows, tax configuration changes, customer communications, and launch-related transactions across both DTC and IAP channels.

The role is responsible for ensuring revenue-impacting changes are tested, documented, and validated before and after launch. This includes supporting country launches, promotional offers, subscription migrations, add-on launches, price plan changes, Vertex tax configuration updates when needed, audit data requests, and control evidence preparation.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational accuracy, financial integrity, and audit readiness across the revenue lifecycle.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Validate pricing, promotions, tax, product, country launch to ensure correct system implementation
• Perform end-to-end testing for launches, migrations, and configuration changes across billing, subscription, tax and SAP BRIM systems
• Fulfill audit and accounting requests by extracting, validating and delivering data supportDevelop and run SQL queries to support validation, testing and issue investigation
• Investigate operational issues and descrepanceis across billing, payment and subscription data
• Partner with Platform Analyst and Engineering teams to raise and track issues via Jira
• Support Vertex tax configuration validation on as-needed basis, including confirming correct jurisdiction, tax treatment, and implementation outcomes Document test results, validation steps, and operational procedures to ensure consistency and audit readiness

Qualification and Experience

Work Experience

• 4–6+ years of experience across revenue, billing, subscription, or financial operations, with additional experience in data validation, or revenue assurance.
• Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline; or equivalent business experience.

Knowledge/Skills

The candidate should possess strong operational judgment, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of billing, subscription, payment, tax, and customer lifecycle processes. The candidate should be comfortable working with data, validating system behavior, documenting control evidence, and coordinating across Product, Engineering, Tax, Accounting, and Revenue Assurance teams.

Required

• Strong understanding of system validation, UAT, end-to-end testing, and operational readiness processes.
• Intermediate SQL skills for data pulls, validation, issue investigation, and audit support.
• Experience validating pricing, promotions, offers, subscriptions, or product configuration changes.
• Ability to support audit and accounting requests with accurate and well-documented data outputs.
• Strong attention to detail when validating system outputs, transaction behavior, and control results.
• Experience working with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple validation cycles, business requests, and audit support activities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with Product, Engineering, Tax, Accounting, and Finance stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience with subscription billing, payments, partner platforms, or digital commerce environments.
• Exposure to Vertex or similar tax engines.
• Experience validating launches, migrations, country rollouts, add-ons, promotions, or price plan changes.
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar cloud-based data environments.
• Experience supporting control evidence, audit documentation, or compliance-related requests.
