Job summary

Atlas Copco Leybold in Querétaro, Mexico, seeks a Finance professional to review, ensure, and present the company’s financial information while guaranteeing compliance with tax and accounting regulations and supporting strategic decision-making for long-term sustainability.

The role includes preparing tax working papers, intercompany reconciliations, and participation in internal audits within a hybrid work setup at our Queretaro location.

Qualifications

• Tax laws and tax calculation.
• Management of ASPEL systems (COI, Bank, SAE).
• Preparation and interpretation of financial reports.

Responsibilities

Job description

Mission / Purpose:
To review, ensure, and present the company’s financial and accounting information while guaranteeing compliance with tax and accounting regulations, as well as to provide key information for strategic decision‑making that contributes to the company’s long‑term sustainability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review financial information records to ensure that transactions align with the corresponding accounts and proceed with the preparation of financial statements.
• Prepare working papers for tax purposes.
• Prepare reconciliations with the holding company and intercompany accounts.
• Attend internal audits.
• Supervise bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare working papers for the Informative Return of Transactions with Third Parties (DIOT).
• Prepare reconciliations with the holding company and intercompany accounts.
