Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Arkham Technologies, a Data & AI platform, seeks an Account Manager in Mexico City or Monterrey to own post-sale outcomes, renewals and expansions. You will translate platform value into measurable business impact, manage relationships with enterprise clients, and coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers, Growth Managers and Sales Engineers.
You’ll build account success plans, run weekly cadences, drive adoption in replenishment, forecasting and control tower, and lead renewals and expansions.
Arkham is a Data & AI Platform that helps large enterprises turn fragmented operations into trusted data and AI that moves the business: we unify fragmented systems, build a single source of trusted operational metrics, and solve complex challenges with AI tailored to each operation (sell-out forecasting, pricing and promo analysis, replenishment, automated order assignment). Teams at Circle K and Kimberly-Clark partner with Arkham to deploy AI-powered solutions.
As an Account Manager, you make sure the customer gets the outcome they bought, and you turn that outcome into renewal and expansion. You are a customer-facing consultant: you understand the customer’s operation, commercial side and P&L, translate what the platform does into measurable impact, and grow the account into new areas, business units, countries and use cases. While the Growth team closes the deal, you own everything that comes after it: the relationship, the results, and the retained and expanded ARR. You report to the Head of Account and work with Forward Deployed Engineers, Growth Managers and Sales Engineers.
What you’ll do:
How we measure success: Net Revenue Retention · platform adoption per account · business impact validated by the customer · account health score, with risks caught early · success stories and references generated.
This role is not for: a project manager who reports progress without understanding the business, a reactive customer success rep who waits for tickets, or a seller who wants to close and move on.
