TikTok SoundOn seeks a senior music partnerships lead to identify labels/artists for the SoundOn distribution catalog, drive strategic initiatives, and optimize platform engagement. You will manage label onboarding, content strategy, and performance forecasting while working across product, content, and promo teams to maximize growth.

The role requires deep knowledge of music rights, strong negotiation skills, and a track record in A&R/labels relations, with English proficiency.

Formación

• Proficiency in English is required.
• 5+ years of experience in the music industry as A&R, business development, labels & artists acquisition, development or label relations.
• Have in-depth knowledge of music rights.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, including expertise in contract evaluation and music legislation.
• Strong team cooperation: able to work on cross‑functional projects.

Responsabilidades

• Identify labels and artists to sign with SoundOn to build a solid, revenue-generating catalog.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of labels, driving strategic initiatives and engagement.
• Provide strategic and operational support for labels on TikTok platforms with excellent service.
• Design, develop, and launch strategic music initiatives to bring labels to TikTok platforms at scale.
