Job summary

The Production Manager at BRP reports to the Assembly / Manufacturing Director and leads assembly operations to meet quality and schedule while upholding BRPMS philosophy. This role guides production teams, ensures safety, and drives improvements in line with ISO 9001:2015 and lean manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• Completed Professional Degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience leading a production area.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and SAP/MRP/JIT/ISO.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership and manage assembly operations to meet schedules and quality.
• Lead continuous improvement, identify opportunities and verify results.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with BRPMS standards.
• Establish and maintain QMS, ensure resources for quality management.
• Train production personnel and define roles/responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with managers and staff about relevant information.
• Lead adherence to ISO 9001:2015 requirements and HSE practices.
• Monitor training and development for all levels within production.
