NTT DATA Services is seeking a proactive Service Desk Agent to join our Provider Clinical Service Desk. You will handle inbound calls from healthcare clients in a 24/7 call center, supporting clinical applications like Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech.

This role requires shift flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will document incidents, escalate when needed, and strive for fast, accurate resolutions in a demanding healthcare environment.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of service desk experience or equivalent mix of education and troubleshooting.
• Minimum 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound service desk calls from healthcare customers 24/7.
• Document comments and close or escalate incidents promptly.
• Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk.
• Maintain quiet workspace and reliable connectivity during shifts.
