NTT DATA Services in Mexico is seeking a Customer Support Call Center Agent for the Provider Clinical Service Desk. The role involves handling inbound calls from healthcare customers 24/7, supporting clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson and Meditech, and documenting incidents.

You must be shift-flexible, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with strict schedules, privacy, and reliable connectivity.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of service desk / helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience.
• Night, weekend, and/or holiday shifts will be required.
• Minimum Of 1 Year Of Technical Troubleshooting Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound service desk calls from healthcare customers regarding clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson and Meditech.
• This is a 24x7 call center environment with shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Track and document comments and close or elevate tickets in a timely manner.
• Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 desk.
• Read text on computer screens for the duration of the shift.
• Remain at workspace and in the phone queue for 8 to 10 hours with scheduled breaks.
• Ensure a quiet, private workspace with high-speed wired internet.
• Travel up to 10% of the time, if required.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. if needed for equipment setup.
