Job summary

The Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait invites an experienced Spa Supervisor to lead daily spa operations, ensuring peak productivity and adherence to Four Seasons service standards.

You will oversee therapists, attendants and coordinators, conduct training, manage inventories, and drive revenue through up-selling and retail activities while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Passion for the health and wellness industry and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Oral and written proficiency in English and Arabic
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a busy environment
• Previous supervisory experience in a luxury spa or wellness setting preferred
• Knowledge of spa software systems and hotel interface programs such as Book4Time, Birchstreet, Opera, and HotSOS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Canva
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Oversee spa booking practices and scheduling to maximize productivity
• Conduct daily checks of guest areas to ensure cleanliness and proper equipment functioning
• Manage inventories and reorder supplies to meet demand
• Collaborate with spa management on new procedures to improve service
• Supervise spa team including therapists, attendants and coordinators
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and maintain Spa Training Manual
• Retrain team members to improve service delivery and efficiency
• Monitor staff performance and assist with evaluations and corrective actions
• Develop and implement up-selling incentives to drive revenue growth
• Provide consultations and familiarize guests with services and facilities
• Set and coordinate guest appointments maintaining Four Seasons standards
• Promote and sell retail products with tailored recommendations

• Conduct daily checks of guest areas including locker rooms fitness areas and relaxation rooms to ensure cleanliness orderliness and proper equipment functioning
