Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Kuwait City is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor for the Li Beirut Restaurant to lead and develop the team in a five-star luxury setting.

You will train staff, manage dining operations and budgets, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards. Fluency in English and Arabic and a strong focus on organization are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role at a five-star luxury hotel or high-end Lebanese restaurant in the Middle East.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, plan schedules and ensure high employee performance; coach and discipline staff to meet standards in Li Beirut Restaurant.
• Manage the Restaurant Dining operation and the Private Bar activities and staff.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
• Be visible in the operation, recognize staff, promote good public relations, and handle guest requests or special needs.
• Attend regular operational meetings to coordinate and cooperate between departments.

What You Will Do

• Select, train, evaluate, plan schedules and ensure high employee performance, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s Li Beirut (authentic Lebanese cuisine) Restaurant to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.

• Manage the Restaurant Dining operation as well as the Private Bar activities and its respective employees.

• Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.

• Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.

• Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar role in a five-star luxury hotel or high end Lebanese restaurant in the Middle East.

• Must have fluent level of English & Arabic languages both written and spoken.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
