Job summary

Haven in Kuwait is seeking a strategic HR Generalist/HRBP to bridge organizational goals with human capital operations. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with Kuwait Labor Law, and help foster a high-performance culture.

You will partner with management on organizational design, talent, and performance, while handling payroll, benefits, and HRIS. Strong bilingual English/Arabic communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as HR Generalist or HRBP.
• In-depth knowledge of Kuwaiti Labor Law and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to management on organizational design, talent management, and performance improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and fair resolutions.
• Develop and implement HR policies and compensation structures per Kuwait Labor Law.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve culture and retention.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, HRIS, and HR analytics reporting.
