Job summary

HRInvest is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Kuwait to lead the human resources function. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, payroll processes, and policy development while ensuring compliance with Kuwait Labor Law.

Strong leadership and Arabic/English fluency are essential as you work with department heads and HRIS/ERP systems to maintain accurate records. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in HR, including 3–5 years in management, and a track record in policy implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Law or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience with 3–5 years in leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and regulations.
• Experience managing full employee lifecycle, payroll reviews, recruitment and workforce planning.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and practical procedures.
• Experience designing or managing performance appraisal systems.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Experience using HRIS/ERP systems for records, payroll, leave, attendance, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full employee lifecycle activities from recruitment to end-of-service benefits.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Kuwait Labor Law and regulations.
• Oversee payroll processing and accuracy of allowances, deductions, leave, and overtime.
• Lead recruitment and workforce planning with department heads.
• Develop and implement HR policies, handbooks, and job descriptions.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and improvement plans.
• Prepare management reports on HR metrics (headcount, turnover, payroll).
• Lead the HR team and coordinate with department managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records via HRIS/ERP.
