Job summary

Advanced Search Group in Kuwait City seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR department and drive strategic people initiatives. The role oversees manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, payroll, and HR services while guiding the HR team toward achieving department objectives.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Management) or related field, 10–12 years of HR experience, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in HR-related roles.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.

Responsibilities

• Formulate HR strategy and KPIs aligned with divisions.
• Manage annual HR budget and control costs.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Manage payroll, payroll-related policies, and employee benefits.
