Job summary

UBD Corp in Kuwait is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Director to spearhead digital transformation and enterprise software initiatives. You will define strategic architectures, drive complex software sales, and lead cross-functional delivery teams to modernize client operations using cloud, ERP/CRM, and custom platforms.

Responsibilities include shaping go-to-market strategy, expanding enterprise accounts, and delivering large-scale projects with senior leadership collaboration across Kuwait.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise IT solutions, technology consulting, or B2B software delivery.
• 4+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
• Deep knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Salesforce; cloud platforms AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong commercial acumen and C-level relationship building.
• Professional fluency in English; working Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and go-to-market strategy for enterprise software and cloud solutions.
• Lead business development to identify opportunities and grow key accounts.
• Oversee end-to-end solution design, RFPs, PoCs, and proposals.
• Ensure delivery of large-scale enterprise projects on time and within budget.
• Lead and mentor solution architects, consultants, and project managers.
