Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise IT solutions, technology consulting, or B2B software delivery.
• 4+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
• Deep knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Salesforce; cloud platforms AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong commercial acumen and C-level relationship building.
• Professional fluency in English; working Arabic is a plus.

About the Role

UBD Corp is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Solutions Director to lead our digital transformation and enterprise software business in Kuwait.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining strategic solution architectures, driving complex corporate software sales, and leading cross-functional delivery teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping clients modernize operations through cloud technologies, ERP/CRM implementations, and custom digital enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define the vision and go-to-market strategy for enterprise software, cloud, and digital transformation solutions across key sectors in Kuwait.
• Business Development & Account Growth: Partner with executive leadership to identify new corporate opportunities, lead high-stakes client pitches, and expand key enterprise accounts.
• Solution Architecture: Oversee end-to-end technical solution design, RFP responses, proof-of-concept developments, and commercial proposals.
• Delivery & Governance: Ensure large-scale enterprise project implementations are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with client business goals.
• Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of solution architects, technical consultants, and project managers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related engineering discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise IT solutions, technology consulting, or B2B software delivery, with 4+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
• Technical Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, and API integrations.
• Skills: Strong commercial acumen, contract negotiation skills, technical team leadership, and C-level relationship building.
• Language: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken); working proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
