Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is partnering with a leading Kuwaiti financial institution to hire an experienced Enterprise Integration Solutions Architect. You will design and deliver secure, scalable integration solutions across cloud platforms, REST/SOAP APIs, and Java-based services.

Lead architecture, mentor engineering teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement with DevOps practices in a complex financial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8-12 years' experience in enterprise technology development.
• Strong background in enterprise systems architecture and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on expertise with REST APIs, SOAP web services, Java, JEE, Spring Boot, and API security standards.
• Previous experience in the financial services sector is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise-grade solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
