Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Specialist - Account Sales to drive growth with named accounts across a regional market. You will coordinate with technical sales support, influence pricing within contract frameworks, and oversee medium-sized orders while guiding a small team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on multi-project coordination and regional client management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or 6+ years in Sales with high school diploma).
• Minimum 3 years of Account Sales experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Sell to named accounts and manage existing relationships.
• Collaborate with (technical) sales support to close deals.
• Contribute to pricing within predefined contract frameworks.
