Baker Hughes is seeking an Integrated Commercial Director – Field Development to lead complex commercial and proposal activities for integrated upstream field development opportunities. You will develop commercial frameworks, support customer negotiations, and ensure proposals deliver shareholder value while addressing technical, operational, financial, and contractual risks.

This role requires strong E&P business development experience and the ability to translate end‑to‑end development plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years as a commercial advisor in an E&P business development function.
• 10+ years drafting commercial agreements and negotiating asset-related terms.
• Strong knowledge of upstream development practices across geoscience and engineering.
• Ability to translate end-to-end field development plans into commercial frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals; negotiate with customers; ensure shareholder value and competitive pricing.
• Lead commercial structuring of integrated field development opportunities including pricing and contracting strategy.
• Apply upstream development knowledge to support technically informed commercial solutions.
• Understand field development plans to create aligned commercial frameworks and risk allocations.
• Manage long-term sales processes involving multiple commercial arrangements and governance.
