Job summary

Baker Hughes in Kuwait seeks a Drilling Services Sales Specialist to drive growth across drilling technologies and services, manage strategic accounts, and develop account plans.

You will own commercial engagements, lead negotiations, and collaborate with operations and engineering to tailor drilling solutions. Fluency in English and Arabic preferred; engineering or business degree and 5 years drilling services experience required.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth of Baker Hughes' drilling technologies and services portfolio, including directional drilling, drilling optimization, MWD/LWD, drilling automation, and related well construction solutions.
• Manage and grow assigned strategic drilling accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Develop and execute account plans to maximize market share, increase revenue, and identify opportunities for Baker Hughes Drilling Services technologies and integrated solutions.
• Own the commercial engagement for drilling opportunities, including RFQs, tenders, contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer presentations.
• Deliver sales targets, orders, and revenue commitments by developing a qualified opportunity pipeline and ensuring accurate forecasting through established sales processes.
• Collaborate closely with operations, applications engineering, and technical teams to develop fit-for-purpose drilling solutions addressing customers' objectives and challenges.
• Develop customer value propositions and business cases by demonstrating performance improvements, cost savings, risk reduction, and delivery efficiencies.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, rig count trends, and customer drilling programs to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with commercial processes, HSE standards, and contract governance throughout the sales cycle.
