Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead Channel Sales Specialist to drive growth in Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain. You will develop market strategies and deliver outcomes for key players through strategic solutions and strong relationships.

You will manage selling Artificial Lift equipment, provide technical support, achieve quotas, and negotiate local deals while coordinating multiple projects and engaging with diverse MENATI clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• 5 years of experience in Sales of Artificial lift Equipment (Downhole, instrumentation or completion tools).
• Minimum 3 years in channel sales.
• Experience with Zenith products is preferred.
• Technical knowledge of artificial lift and downhole instrumentation.
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-identification and solution skills.
• Proven analytical and organizational ability.
• Able to influence others and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sell Artificial Lift equipment to service companies, partners and end users in Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.
• Handle Sales and Technical support of Zenith products and provide after sales support for On-demand solutions customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and set sales strategies for the ODS team.
• Contribute to pricing frameworks and negotiate deals local to the territory.
• Handle diverse clients in the MENATI region.
