Job summary

V2X, Inc. seeks a Site Lead to supervise WEXMAC Northern Camps in Kuwait, reporting to the Site Manager. You will guide site operations, ensure safety and contractual compliance, and coordinate with subcontractors to meet performance goals.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years managing multi-discipline teams, DoD/DoS exposure, and an active Secret clearance. Strong planning, leadership, and reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related discipline preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• Must have ACTIVE Secret Clearance and US Citizenship.
• Ten years’ experience as a manager in a multi-discipline environment.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Operations, Site Management or Program Management (DoD/DoS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily requirements at a Site or multiple sites under WEXMAC contract.
• Serve as primary Government POC for operational and maintenance needs at the Site.
• Manage Site employees and Sub-Contractors on site.
• Develop SoW for solicitations to Subcontractors.
• LeadTechnical Evaluations of Subcontractor proposals.
• Establish Site doctrine: Safety, Quality, Work Construction and SOPs.
• Prepare reports and documentation for Task Order Management.
• Ensure accountability, safety and security of Site equipment and personnel.
• Perform other duties as required by Task Order Management.
