Job summary

stc Kuwait is seeking a seasoned Presales Consultant to lead complex product demonstrations and solution workshops with customers, translating business needs into technical architectures.

You will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, design scalable infrastructure and security solutions, and present PoCs to support decision-making.

The role requires 8–10 years in IT or related fields, a bachelor's in engineering, and a proven ability to articulate value to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in IT field, business development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, identify design gaps, and recommend suitable technical solutions and architecture enhancements.
• Design, propose, and validate scalable infrastructure and security solutions, ensuring functionality, interoperability, and alignment with business needs.
• Conduct customer presentations, workshops, and PoCs to demonstrate solution capabilities and support decision-making.
• Prepare technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of Architects, providing technical guidance and support while ensuring successful pre-sales engagement and solution delivery.
