Job summary

KIB is seeking a Senior System Engineer for Microsoft Platform & Cloud Infrastructure with 7+ years of hands-on experience. You will lead design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale Microsoft infrastructure both on-premises and in the cloud, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft infrastructure and cloud projects.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Microsoft platforms and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, identity and access management, endpoint security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Architect, lead, and govern enterprise Azure solutions including hybrid/multi-cloud strategies.
• Design and execute cloud adoption frameworks and migration roadmaps to Azure.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor teams on best practices and secure-by-design principles.
• Administer and optimize Active Directory and Azure AD, including CA, PIM, MFA.
• Lead rollout and lifecycle management of Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online/Hybrid, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Platform.
• Design and enforce Zero Trust Architecture using Defender Suite, Sentinel, Intune, Purview, Endpoint Manager.
• Champion compliance with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, ISO, NIST) in infrastructure and cloud governance.
• Drive automation, IaC, and CI/CD using PowerShell, Azure Automation, ARM, and Bicep.
• Deliver DR/BC strategies using Azure Site Recovery and high-availability designs.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
