Job summary

Huxley Kuwait seeks an experienced Manager - Logistics to lead end-to-end logistics in a large-scale manufacturing environment, overseeing transportation, warehousing, inventory, distribution and third-party providers to ensure efficiency and high service levels.

You will develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs, manage carrier relationships, monitor KPIs, and mentor teams to achieve operational excellence while complying with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 5–7+ years in logistics or supply chain, preferably manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory and distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics across multiple transportation modes.
• Oversee warehousing, inventory control, and material handling.
• Develop logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage relationships with logistics providers, carriers and partners.
• Monitor logistics performance through KPIs and drive improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
