Job summary

Huxley Kuwait seeks an experienced Manager - Logistics to lead end-to-end logistics in a large-scale manufacturing environment, overseeing transportation, warehousing, inventory, distribution and third-party providers to ensure efficiency and high service levels.

You will develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs, manage carrier relationships, monitor KPIs, and mentor teams to achieve operational excellence while complying with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 5–7+ years in logistics or supply chain, preferably manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 5-7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, metals, or heavy industry sectors.


• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations.


• Proven experience managing third-party logistics providers and carrier networks.


• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on cost optimization.


• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent are an advantage.
