Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics & Fleet Analyst to support our day-to-day transportation, fleet, driver, Sales invoices, and logistics operations. The role will be responsible for monitoring fleet performance, coordinating trucks and drivers, analyzing logistics costs, Sales invoices , maintaining accurate records, and supporting efficient delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Sales Invoices / truck and driver allocation based on delivery requirements.
• Monitor truck utilization, delivery schedules, routes, and vehicle availability.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor driver attendance, trips, working hours, and performance.
• Maintain accurate fleet, driver, vehicle, and delivery records.
• Track fuel consumption, maintenance, repair costs, and other fleet-related expenses.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet and logistics performance reports.
• Analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Monitor delivery performance, including delays, trip completion, and POD status.
• Support the preparation and processing of sales invoices and delivery-related documents, where required.
• Work closely with external transporters and service providers when required.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers and dashboards for fleet and logistics KPIs.
• Support management with logistics data analysis, forecasting, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and local transportation regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Kuwait / GCC Logistics, Fleet Management, Transportation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, fleet management systems, or other logistics software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare and interpret logistics and fleet performance reports..
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
