Job summary

Aramex Kuwait is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics, transportation, and warehousing activities. You will supervise drivers and warehouse staff, ensure on-time deliveries, and enforce SOPs to optimize workflows.

The role requires strong leadership, budget control, and experience with TMS/WMS. You will collaborate with sales and customer service to maintain service quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain supervision.
• 2-4 years in a similar role within logistics/transportation.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of TMS and WMS systems and inventory processes.
• Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs.
• Experience in monitoring KPIs and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across logistics, transportation, and warehousing.
• Lead operations staff including drivers and warehouse workers.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
