Job summary

Hempel Paints Kuwait Company W.L.L. is seeking an Associate in procurement and logistics to own end-to-end activities for RM, packaging, and FG.

You will coordinate with regional teams to execute material strategies, process POs, and manage supplier communications to ensure timely deliveries and compliant documentation. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in commerce, 3+ years in logistics or import operations, strong Excel skills, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or import operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Arabic will be a plus.
• Strong analytical, planning, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement and import logistics for RM, packaging, and FG.
• Coordinate with Regional Procurement to execute local material strategies.
• Process purchase orders and manage supplier communications.
• Ensure on-time deliveries, documentation, and order Fulfillment.
• Develop replenishment plans balancing stock availability and working capital.
• Monitor inbound shipments and liaise with customs and logistics providers.
• Review procurement and stock performance reports for decision-making.
