Alliance Recruitment Agency seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, allocate resources, and drive process improvements in Kuwait City. The role requires a decade of leadership in operations, strong budgeting, vendor negotiation, and quality control skills.

You will lead a high-performing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor KPIs to optimize performance across the organization. A full-time contract with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in resource management, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless processes.
• Allocate and manage personnel, equipment, and materials effectively to meet business needs.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to optimize performance.
• Develop and monitor operational budgets, ensuring expenditures stay within financial constraints.
• Hire, train, and develop employees while fostering a motivated and high-performing team.
• Establish and monitor quality control systems to ensure products/services meet customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and proactively manage potential risks.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of resources.
• Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.
• Track KPIs and operational metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
