Job summary

شركة الصوان ذ.م.م seeks a Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site local-hire role in Kuwait City. You will identify customer needs, present tailored technical solutions, and support the sales cycle across the company’s Commercial department.

You will develop new business in low-voltage, physical security, and parking management, conduct site surveys, prepare BOQs and proposals, and manage end-to-end tendering to help achieve sales targets and build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, technical sales, or similar roles.
• Experience in tendering, estimation, technical proposals, BOQs, and tender documentation.
• Strong knowledge of LV, physical security, and parking management systems, including the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, client relationship, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and CRM systems.
• Strong Arabic and English linguistic and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new business opportunities for low-voltage, physical security, and parking management solutions.
• Assess client requirements, conduct site surveys, and recommend tailored technical solutions.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical submittals, commercial proposals, and tender documentation.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposals, negotiations, and project acquisition, to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to support customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
