Job summary

TalentBridge Dubai is seeking a Smart Parking Maintenance Engineer for a leading hotel in Kuwait. You will maintain a state-of-the-art smart parking system, perform routine preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation.

You will replace faulty components, collaborate with external vendors, and keep detailed service records. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, plus the ability to learn new technologies in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a mechanic or in a technical field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with computer-controlled systems and willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on the smart parking system, including sensor cleaning and calibration.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions, diagnose problems and implement solutions to ensure efficient operation.
• Replace faulty sensors, actuators and other components per procedures and vendor guidance.
• Collaborate with external vendors for advanced repairs or upgrades.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and parts used.
• Assist staff and guests with inquiries about the system and ensure a clean parking area.
